Dr. Jeanne Ward had the opportunity to work at “typical” medical centers. She quickly realized the typical medical model did not facilitate optimum success with amplification – there simply was not enough time provided to foster and develop relationships with patients. She knew that building strong relationships, along with exceptional Audiologic skill and top-notch hearing products, were vital for hearing aid success. Because this was lacking in the typical medical model, Dr. Ward set out to “break the mold” and create a warm, inviting environment that offered the best hearing healthcare in the area. This difference is evident the minute you walk through the door. The office is designed with your comfort in mind – from the comfortable waiting room décor with the fresh coffee and “Need a Book, Take a Book” shelves to the cheerful greeting at the check-in window. It is common to hear hearty laughter coming from inside the office – the staff enjoys bringing smiles to each other as well as to their patients.
